研究方向
真核细胞的生命过程依赖于细胞内功能特化的细胞器。细胞器的调控失衡与重大的疾病(神经退行性疾病、癌症、糖尿病等)直接相关。细胞器的组成和结构处于高度动态变化之中,不同细胞器之间通过物理接触,形成膜接触位点,进行物质交换和信号传递,构成胞内膜功能网络,执行复杂的生物学功能。我们通过siRNA 基因组文库筛选和质谱鉴定,筛选细胞器膜接触位点形成和调控的关键新因子,利用超高分辨率成像、电镜断层重构、体外生化重构等细胞生物学前沿技术,解析这些关键因子的作用机制,最终为相关重大疾病的诊疗策略提供科学依据和潜在治疗线索。
