研究方向
主要使用高速活细胞成像技术结合各种细胞生物学、生物化学、结构生物学等先进的技术手段,以哺乳动物细胞、酵母和小鼠为模型研究:
1.细胞自噬、自噬体与溶酶体之间的相互作用、细胞器再生等细胞生物学现象。
2.细胞自噬与固有免疫之间的相互调控。
3.细胞自噬与病原体之间的互作。
4.细胞自噬与糖尿病和癌症等重大疾病之间的关系。
